Andrew Gibson

Company Director and Civil Engineer

Andrew has over thirty years engineering experience with a background in design and documentation of water and wastewater treatment systems, roads and hydraulic services for subdivisions, water supply and sewerage, stormwater drainage works, road and street design, irrigation systems, effluent reuse and general civil engineering works.
Andrew has been involved in planning for major water supply infrastructure, water system modelling, preparation of system Master Plans, and design and documentation of large pumping stations, major pipelines and appurtenant works, water treatment plants, disinfection plants, wastewater reuse schemes, large irrigation systems, large dams and water storages, water and sewer reticulation and trunk water mains.
Andrew also has extensive experience in design, installation and operation of all types of irrigation and pumping systems.

Lori Gibson
Company Secretary & Accounts Manager

Lori is the Company Secretary and Accounts Manager, and manages the financial aspects of the entire business.

Lori has a degree in Agricultural Economics, a Graduate Diploma in Environmental Management and extensive training and experience in accounting and book keeping.






















Luke Mitchell
Project Engineer:                

Luke is a qualified Mechanical Engineer, and has over thirteen years experience in the pumping industry. He has post graduate training in pump selection, pumping control systems, and pump commissioning, maintenance, service and monitoring.


Luke has been involved in the design, selection, installation and commissioning of multi-stage centrifugal, variable speed booster, axial flow, wastewater submersible and borehole submersible pumps, and chemical dosing systems. Luke also has experience in the design and construction of water supply pipelines.


Luke’s qualifications include:

➢    Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical)
➢    Various training courses in pumping system design and selection
➢    Various irrigation design and problem shooting courses

Jared Richards
Engineering & Survey Technical Officer
Jared is an experienced survey technician and civil engineering Technical Officer.

Jared has ten years experience with Gordon Gibson Nominees, during which time he has been involved in the survey, design and documentation of a large number of pumping systems and major pipelines.

Jared has qualifications in surveying, AutoCad drafting, and civil engineering design, and has extensive experience in the engineering surveying for major pipelines, roads, dams and subdivisions.


Lionel Baldwin
Domestic Pumps & Irrigation Manager    

Lionel has over 16 years experience with Gordon Gibson Nominees, during which time he has gained extensive knowledge in the retail sales of pumps and irrigation equipment, and in providing advice on selecting the correct pump and irrigation equipment for any domestic or farm situation.

Lionel has training in pump and irrigation design, sales and service.




Peter Hines

Retail Manager

Peter manages the retail section of the business, being responsible for stock control and account management.

Peter is experienced in domestic pump and irrigation design, sales and service, and has completed training courses in pump and irrigation design and product selection.








Mark Rowe
Pump Service Technician

Mark is our main pump service technician, and has over ten tears experience in the repair and servicing of all types of pumps and irrigation equipment.

Mark has attended many factory training courses, conducted by our major suppliers.
